| Plasma welding torches for automation |
|

|
Our new Plasma robot welding torches combine high power capacity with their particularly compact design. Of utmost importance
though, for the practical application, are the long life of the consumables and the low maintenance requirements of these
torches. These advantages were made possible by the elaborate double circuit cooling system in a closed circuit. The technical
know-how, which TBi's engineers have been successfully employing for many years in the cooling of MIG/MAG torches, also bore
fruit in the field of plasma welding. The robust construction (stainless steel cover) is similar to our MIG/MAG robot torches.
There are different torch types available, and we will be pleased to consult you about the optimal use for your application,
as for example fusion or keyhole welding and cladding.
