TIG Robot Torch System TBi RoboTIG

For robotic TIG welding, a new modular torch system has been developed. Special emphasis was put on reliability, performance and small size. Alternatively to the TBi RoboTIG system, the TIG Aut machine torches may be used, if suitable for the application. Please contact us for recommendations of suitable products. Connection: All common machine connections available Type and length of the cable assembly according to the customers specification. All torches comply with the IEC 60974-7.

TBi RT 20 Compact but powerful torch with good accessibility, can be fitted with an additional cold wire guide system. The torch is directly connected to the cable assembly. The electrode position can be pre-adjusted and can be quickly exchanged. This torch is already available on short notice. Rating AC: 260 A Rating DC: 340 A Duty cycle: 100% Cooling method: Water cooling Electrode diam.: 0.5 - 3.2 mm

TBi RT 402 Very thin, powerful robot welding torch with quick change system and integrated cold wire guide. The electrode can be precisely pre-adjusted and can be quickly exchanged. The torch can be mounted on the special cable assembly or the optional push-pull drive system. Rating AC: 350 A Rating DC: 400 A Duty cycle: 100% Cooling method: Water cooling Electrode diam.: 1.0 - 4.0 mm

TBi PPP2-RT Cold-wire push-pull drive system for use with the TBi RoboTIG torches. The integrated PowerPull planetary drive provides extremely reliable and trouble-free feeding of hard and soft filler wires. - very good feeding power while protecting the wire due to a large contact area - highly recommendable for soft wires - extremely constant feeding speed results in high visual quality of the seam - compatible with all common drive systems - wire diameter: 0.6 - 1.6 mm
