The thermal strain on the work piece and thermal warping are reduced compared to two consecutive welding processes. Both wire electrodes are electrically isolated in order to control each process precisely. For perfect and fully automatic cleaning of the Tandem torch, you can choose between the TBi JetStream and the conventional reamer cleaning station TBi BRG-2.
With the aid of the TBi Robo Configurator you can perfectly match all TBi components with your Robo system.
